Buffalo Bill Art Show & Quick Draw Covid-Style

We made it through the Buffalo Bill Art Show this year! It was really nice to be able to attend in-person and see some familiar faces in the crowd. This show was one of the only shows this year that has not been cancelled or moved solely online on our schedule. Dusty participated in the Quick-finish event, held this year in downtown Cody, WY instead of the usual Pow-Wow Gardens at the Museum. The artists had two-hours to finish up artwork for the event at a buy-it-now price. Following the Quick-Finish was the virtual online auction for the usual Friday night auction. Party tents were set up outside of the newly remodeled By Western Hands building downtown. Dusty’s “Wind River Sentinel” was auctioned off during the Live-Auction and fun was had by all! We are grateful to the members of the show that worked hard to make this one possible! Lots of adjustments had to be made and we are also grateful for the patrons that were able to attend during these circumstances. We hope that this is the beginning of a trend moving forward into the new year!
