Every year, some of Yellowstone’s bison migrate into the North Fork Valley west of Cody, Wyoming, to escape the harshness of Yellowstone’s winter. I took a day trip with my two young sons to let them witness the bison as they relaxed and grazed along-side the highway. I was able to study a few bulls as they roamed together in Wyoming’s winter sun.
